As one of the co-founders and Partners of Maybe International, Rhoda has over 20 years experience in assessing and shaping diverse client project needs, design and delivery to achieve new levels of performance. With this seasoned eye, Rhoda is a passionate team lead on business development and loves nothing more than meeting new people and exploring new possibilities with them.
Rhoda loves a challenge and has a great ability to work in a real team way to support, empower, go after and make meaningful and important things happen. This is a rock-solid strength that she brings not only to the Maybe team but to all client projects enabling them to tackle key business challenges with fresh creative thinking, strengthen their existing leadership competencies, and build the creative teamworking and problem-solving skills for continuous innovation and performance improvement.
Prior to co-founding Maybe International, she worked with American Consultancy firm Synectics® Corporation – a firm specialising in creativity and innovation – for over 15 years and worked on a wide range of multi-national assignments for global corporations such as Unilever, Kraft Foods, Coca Cola, Walker Snack Foods and Glanbia plc.
When she isn’t working Rhoda loves to spend her time socialising with friends and family, playing golf and piano, going to the theatre and cinema, reading, travelling and meeting new people.
