But… What’s Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a technique of personality classification categorizing nine major personality types that represent the different ways in which the nine underlying personalities perceive and defend their realities or so called mental models. The Enneagram acknowledges the complexities of the human psyche better than many other systems.
This mental model each of us possesses determines not only how we make sense of the world, but also how we take action. The Enneagram is a repertoire of useful tools and techniques when it comes to managing teams and people within organisations. The nine personality types can be applied in many HR functions and discuss how the Enneagram theory can play in motivating employees.
