Carolanne Devaney

Prior to joining Maybe International in 2006, Carolanne worked for 10 years in the food industry holding key management positions within Glanbia plc in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Supply-Chain Management for EMEA and US markets.

She holds a 1st Class Honours Masters Degree in International & Strategic Marketing, as well as being an accredited Executive Coach, Trainer and Enneagram Practitioner. While undertaking her Masters at Dublin City University, she was also awarded first in class for her research findings for advancements in the field of entrepreneurial marketing.

Today through her work with Maybe International she combines her passions for marketing, strategic thinking, coaching, entrepreneurship and a belief that much more is possible. She partners with her clients to create fresh thinking around their current situation and energises, challenges and supports them in going after and achieving ever more exciting goals, performance jumps and success.

Carolanne works primarily in the areas of Creativity, Leadership, Coaching, Personal and Professional Development, Team Development and Culture Change for building Intelligent Organisations. She passionately believes that work when handled and managed well can be one of the greatest keys to our happiness and that not only is it very possible for the majority of people in a Company to enjoy their work, but to actually love it too!! You can see now why she had to join the Maybe team!!

At play, Carolanne loves globetrotting to far-flung places, feeding her book and learning addiction, exploring the great outdoors and hanging out with family and friends.
