Situations like this can be frustrating and annoying and we can easily jump to conclusions and want the situation and the person dealt with….and quickly.

Oftentimes we can do more harm than good when we do this and fail to properly or adequately resolve the issue; This course aims to help you get behind the unsatisfactory performance or behaviour so you can understand better what is going on and be better able to help the person change, which is that this is all about.
