How to make differences make all the difference


The aim of this course is to come up with a really good way of handling differences in our organisations.  Indeed, our goal is not just to handle them in the sense of coping with them, but to learn how to use them and make the most of them for the benefit of both the people who are differing and for the overall organisation. Being good at dealing with differences is a most important skill for every manager and leader. And it is a precious skill to have in life in general.
