Leading change with flexibility and creativity

Complacency and Comfort are some of the greatest dangers in live as in work.  We can ‘go asleep’ and think that things will remain the same and behave as if we are in a static world.  Predictability and the avoidance of surprises can be what we go after.  Management can be seen as ‘keeping the show on the road’.  Unfortunately -or very fortunately – this is not how things are and in fact we live in a vibrant, ever changing world.

It is for this reason that we need leaders more than managers to not only deal with this vibrant and ever changing world but to engage with it and make the most of that vitality that permeates every element in our world of life and work.
