Meeting dynamics- The differences that make the difference

The aim of this course is to increase your awareness of the normal dynamics that operate in most meetings and to provide you with simple but powerful tools and processes that will enable you to consistently run good meetings.

This is key to leadership, not only because we spend so much of our time in work at meetings, but also because it is in meetings that most of the important decisions get taken.

Meetings, too, are the places and events which most determine the culture in an organisation.  So, very important to give meetings the attention they deserve.
