The power of open mindedness

The aim of this course is to show (again) how Creativity and Open-mindedness are critical for all leaders and leadership. And here we want to give you some more processes that will help and allow you to be creative and to work creatively – whether you view yourself as creative or not.

It is easy to get stuck and careful and bogged down in our thinking and lose our freshness. These simple tools and processes will enable you to avoid that happening and to get out of it when it does happen. We want to show that this is an essential tool and skill to handle a world that is forever changing.
