We all like to be creative and work in creative ways but this can sometimes be more a wish than a reality.  It is not always easy to think and work creatively in the busy life of work where so many things are coming at us.  Even when we DO have meetings it can be difficult to keep them creative.

This course will deal with this challenge and give you a powerful structure or process for leading and running creative meetings, whatever the topic and whatever the situation.
