What if people fail to improve or change?


We have looked at many approaches to deal with situations of Unsatisfactory Performance and there is no doubt that these will work… virtually always.  But, what happens if they don’t?  What happens if, despite our best efforts, the person continues as before and there is no real improvement?

What if ALL has failed? Is it time to call it a day, bring things to a close?  The answer is NO…or definitely not yet!

That is what we are going to look at in this course and again -as always – explore how we can handle even this type of difficult situation in a good way.
